At WhizKid Wonderland Holiday Camp, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to putting the child first, always. We listen carefully to all children, recognizing that some may not be able to verbally disclose their worries, but may communicate in other ways. Our staff are trained to notice signs, respond sensitively, and take every concern seriously.
At WhizKid Wonderland Holiday Camp, we take safety seriously. All staff undergo thorough training and a detailed induction process before working with children. There is always a qualified first aider on site, and we maintain a low staff-to-child ratio to provide close, consistent supervision. Children are never left alone and are always supported and encouraged to take part in all activities, with adaptations made as needed to ensure every child can be included safely and confidently.
Every member of our team has completed safeguarding training and understands their responsibility to report any concerns, no matter how small. We believe that every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and protected and we work hard every day to make that a reality.
